The Power of A New You
When you see your first initial results, by following a solid fitness program, you will understand the power of results. When I first started to see real results I was so excited there is no better feeling when it comes to fitness.
I believe everyone who makes an honest effort should have this feeling. Having noticed those results, I felt as though it was my strongest motivation I could have ever had. My college buddy that I was working out with said that I was crazy at that point.
I was so motivated about working out that I inspired more friends to join us. I was so pumped up to do my best and to try to get my best workout in yet. I couldn’t be stopped I wanted to workout as much as possible without overtraining.
Having a workout partner is excellent for motivation. When I had a rough day and didn’t want to workout he was ready to go and likewise he did the same for me. I’ll get back to that in another post.
The think I really want you to realize is that all it takes is that little bit of work to see results. Once you notice the results it can give you amazing motivation. If you continue to see results you will continue to workout hard enough to see more results.
It does eventually take longer to see results, but if you can stick through it and truly realize the importance of working out you will have long term success. You may need to look for an alternative motivation during those slow results times, just refer to my other motivation articles and you will have plenty of motivational ideas.
All I’m asking is that you make a personal choice to start working hard for those initial results and I’m sure you will get tons of motivation from that. Make the choice now to invest in a new you and experience the power of a new you.
