They dont even worry about the pros and cons of choosing such program.

It is just too bad that a large amount of people give up exercise with excuses like "it is boring" or "I don't have time". As you said in your post, they should try to find something they like to do and enjoy it. and not necessary gym : walking can help you lose weight,  dancing and swimming also.
